    :: FEDERAL BOARD OF REVENUE

    (TAX DEPARTMENT) &

    INCOME TAX APPELLATE TRIBUNAL::

     

    :: INCOME TAX MATTERS ::

    1. Applying for and obtaining National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate.
    2. Preparation and filing of Annual Income Tax Returns, Wealth Tax Statements and Annexures.
    3. Supervise complete process of issuance of Tax refunds and exemption certificate from FBR.
    4. Preparation and filing of periodic Withholding Tax Statements (WHT).
    5. Carrying out the risk assessment and planning work of Tax assignment.
    6. Appeal filing and Adjudication at various forums under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
    7. Communicate with the management of the client to resolve any discrepancies and problems identified.
    8. Heading staff on assignments given on weekly and monthly basis.
    9. Reporting day to day activities directly to Principal.
    10. Carrying out direct supervision of the support staff and providing assistance where required.
    11. Supporting management in the completion and reporting phase of an engagement.

    :: SALES TAX MATTERS ::

    1. Applying for and obtaining General Sales Tax (GST) registration.
    2. Advices and pursuing in claim for adjustment of input and output taxes, following up GST exemption(s) and GST audit.
    3. Representation on behalf of the clients before GST assessment authorities and appellate authorities on contentious GST issues and dispute resolution.
    4. Correspondence with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for removing fiscal anomalies and obtaining Ruling on GST related issues.
    5. Reviews of existing systems and monitoring to highlight possible areas of exposure to sales tax assessments and associated penalties.
    6. Appeal filing and Adjudication at various forums under Sales Tax Act 1990.
    7. Many others which couldn't be stated above.

    :: Securities and Exchange Commission Of Pakistan ::

     

    Compliance to Requirements for Companies incorporated in Pakistan under Company Law:

    • Maintenance of Books of Accounts / Incorporation of Documents like Memorandum of Associations, Articles of Associations and Correspondence of related Litigation / Penalty and complaints and many more.
    • Annual Submission of Statutory Forms like Form A & Form 29 to SECP for Companies Registered / incorporated in Pakistan besides others statutory forms or documents.
